Wants someone who was either a QA or Developer, preferably a developer before they became a Scrum Master. They will not do coding but the way the 2 teams she oversees are set up, they need people who have a stronger understanding of the technology.
Still looking for about 5 years of Scrum Master Experience running multiple teams, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
PM experience not required but a solid plus
Scrum Master Roles:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
CSM certification is required
Scrum and Kanban are required
SAFe is a considered a plus
Mortgage or Financial Industry experience highly preferred
Prior experience – handling 2-3 teams simultaneously, working with product owners and QA, coaching mentoring, working with agile and best practices, educate knowledge gap and mentoring the teams
Need to be flexible and not an Agile purest. about 35% through the Agile transformation process and while the transformation is in progress, they want someone who understands will still have projects underway they can’t scrap and start over in Agile that need to be seen through. also works with software vendors who are not Agile. Flexibility is key.
Project Management experience is not required but a strong plus as they may be asked to do some PM work if needed
Wants true Scrum Masters e.g. not looking for someone with a 10 year QA background who became a Scrum Master
