·        Own the development and maintenance of all aspects of BI Solutions - Data Quality, Visualization, Documentation & Support

·        Design & Build advanced BI Solutions, with visual best practices to cater the business requirements by packaging the insights in aa easily consumable format

·        To Develop a strong understanding on the data flows and the ability to strategically scale the same for robustness

·        To work to improve day-to-day activities of the analytics team with technology and automation

·        A strong articulate communicator who can work efficiently and effectively with key stakeholders

Desired skills & Experience:

·        5 + Years of experience in analyzing multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable data driven business solutions using Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service

·        Experience in designing & building the Analytical service reporting models. Developing visual reports, Dashboards, Applications, KPI’s, Scorecards etc. to render across multiple device layouts inclusive of mobiles, Tablets etc. apart from the capability to scale over the bigger Screen sizes.

·        Connecting and managing the data sources (such as SharePoint Flat Files, SharePoint Lists, SQL Server etc.), Importing, and transforming data till scheduling the refreshes for Business Intelligence up to date solutions

·        Proficient with DAX Queries & Power Query Editor. Expertise with Advanced Calculations and crating complex Power BI Dataflows

·        Ability to build advanced custom visuals utilizing the Power Apps

·        Must be aware of the Power BI Architecture. Ability to implement the Access controls & row level security on data and an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.

·        Ability to proactively indulge the end user by providing solutions such as automated email alerts based on the recent updates in the KPI’s, Scorecards, Goal oriented metrices etc.
