Study current application and prepare the case study document for migration projects
Handle new enhancements like creating backend tables and packages in Oracle 10g/11g/12c corresponding to the front-end coding.
Handle modifications in stored procedures, packages, and functions, within backend and in PL/SQL coding both at backend and front end
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and strong ability to perform as part of a team
Partner with Product Owner, Solutions Architect and Systems Engineer on strategic work and requirements & design reviews
Provide estimate on new ideas and strategy requests
Partner with Operational Partners on driving clarity for incidents, service requests, problem areas & service improvements
Perform Code and Technical Testing checks on enhancements, break fix items and general product change requests
To proactively identify the production incidents/issues and fix them by making the necessary changes.
Understanding and handling AutoSys scheduling jobs
Establish the connection from UNIX to DB’s for enhancements.
Participate in project automation and development phase.
Analyze and debug the root cause of production and non-production
Work with clients to gather business requirements and analysis.
Use Service-Now tool for work monitoring, and completed all incidents, service request, problem tickets within SLA (service line agreement time for resolving tasks)
