JOB DETAIL

• Supports current Demand to deliver solution in SAP ECC and enhancements and issues.

• Leads Maker (Demand-to-Deliver) workstream in the S/4HANA Greenfield transformation project starting in May / June timeframe.

• Provides solution oversight, integration architecture, and architectural governance for product solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture standards.

• Translates the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to develop business requirements.

• Oversees, defines, and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the Project Manager as needed.

• Communicates and coordinates with other team leads, business leadership, and Project Manager to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across enterprise.

• Drives the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational structure and required SAP configuration.

• Owns accountability for partnering with key stakeholders to create SAP and shop floor solutions and technology roadmaps that are aligned to architecture principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet company financial targets (cost and benefits).

• Accountable for all aspects of SAP solution development, including adherence to company IT standards in documentation, change / release management and SDLC processes. Accountable for solving complex technical problems and design issues in a timely manner. Supports multiple program and project-level deliverables simultaneously.

• Collaborates with Product Stewardship to define solution that meets EH&S requirements.

• Ensures Shop floor solution development adheres to company IT standards in documentation, change / release management and SDLC processes.

• Accountable for routine operational activities and service delivery of applicable third-party vendor providers.

• Researches and advises functional leadership about industry best practices, trends, and SAP and Shop floor systems functionality, in support of company IT strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent technical work experience is required.

• 3 – 4 full life cycle SAP implementation projects as solution architect across multiple end-to-end (E2E) business processes including SAP Production Planning (Planning and Execution), SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Quality Management and SAP Materials Management. • Knowledge of SAP EH&S for Product Stewardship, Dangerous goods and Substance Volume tracking a plus.

• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is required, S4/HANA is preferred.

• Experience with SAP MM/PP, IM, WM, PP-MRP and MM-PUR is required.

• Experience with SAP SD, MM, PP and FI/CO integrations is required.

• Experience with Process Manufacturing is required.

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) a plus.

• Experience with interfacing and managing multiple Shop floor systems.

• Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions.

• Must be a relationship builder and capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally.

• Knowledge of project management techniques; PMP and Six Sigma designation preferred.

• Demonstrates hands-on knowledge of Software development SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile).

• Manages ambiguity well.

• Experienced in working in a global setting and developing local expertise while operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization.

• Able to work with a team and have great communication skills.

• Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment.

• Excellent analytical skills

• Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required

• Proven organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from management or update status to management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
