- Analyze, document and propose solutions for large complex payment systems
- You will write functional specifications and use cases to assist in the preparation and documentation of testing to ensure our solution meets the defined requirements
- In this role you will work alongside the development teams to provide iterative analysis of the detailed specifications and to provide a link between the business and software development
- Collecting, understanding, and communicating the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test analysis that can be utilized by the solution development teams
- Analyze and document business processes
- Document the results of business analysis
- Help design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts
- Analysis, preparation and management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
- Analyze and solve problems with integrated technology system software; determines and communicates need for technical analysis
- Support the client during post implementation period and the smooth transition to Business as Usual Support team
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- Requirements Definition and Management (REQM)
- Uses established techniques and processes, as directed, to identify changes required to a Reference Solution and elicit, specify and document functional, data and non-functional requirements for subject areas with clearly defined boundaries
- Defines test definition (conditions and scenarios) for given requirements.
- Designs test conditions, scenarios and supporting data, working to the specifications provided.
- Interprets, executes and records test cases in accordance with project test plans.
- Analyses and reports test activities and results.
- Identifies and reports issues and risks.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Minimum experience of 8 years needed performing above job duties
- 4 year BA or BS degree required.
- Understanding of Fed Wire, SWIFT, US ACH, RTP and CHIPS required
- Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows
- End to end knowledge of the software development project lifecycle
- Excellent presentation, social and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audience.
- Previous experience interacting directly with end users and clients
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Work successfully as part of a growing team
- Diligent and committed to excellence with superb attention to detail, ability to handle various tasks and sound organization of work
- Strong user of latest software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc.)
