•       Architect the Global Data Strategy for SAP Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on how to utilize data to achieve  data standardization and information management.
•       Direct the creation, maintenance, monitoring and cleansing of master data in SAP.
•       Define the processes and SOPs involved to extract, transform and load master data.
•       Define and document data governance procedures, access control, best practices to manage enterprise data especially master data.
•       Work with process owners, implementation teams, IT teams to manage the data lifecycle, define templates for data collection,  and loading.
•       Set data standards, business/technical rules and processes required to maintain data standards.
•       Enforces the agreed upon Enterprise data standards, policies and procedures.
•       Defines an architecture that ensures consistency and eliminates redundancy of all Data Management domains across all business applications.
•       Define the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in the handling of master and transaction data.
•       Monitor data governance operations and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
•       Communicate with stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis, providing visibility and insight on MDM policy changes, data issues, improved contingencies and corrective action plans as required
•       Support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives as the MDM expert and serves as a resource to the Master Data Governance Committee and senior leaders of the company.5
 
SKILL SET REQUIREMENT
•        15+ years of overall experience in SAP Logistics and Industry Experience.
•        10 years of strong SAP expertise especially in the field of data management wherein worked as Analyst, Configurator and Lead.
•        Worked as Onsite delivery lead for at least 2 full Lifecycle end to end implementation project handling Master data.
•        Good Knowledge of LSMW, LTMC and migration of data to ECC and S/4HANA systems.
•        Excellent knowledge of Master data and transaction data in SAP, procedures for extraction, transforming and loading data.
•        Knowledge of tools used in managing master data. 
•        Excellent facilitation skills, including experience planning and participating in SAP blueprint and design sessions.
•        Knowledge of implementation methodologies - AGILE and Activate.
•        In depth understanding of Business processes across Industries.
•        Direct interaction with customers to translate business requirements into Solutions.
•        Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to explain solutions to the customer, internal stake holders and 3rd Party partners.
•        Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
•        Travel Readiness as required. 
QUALIFICATION
•        Requires a BS or equivalent experience in a technical / engineering degree program or Post Graduate Degree in Management
