The candidates will need to handle multiple assignments at once with various deadlines.  Candidates should expect a dynamic environment where adhoc requests will require resources to adjust and be flexible with their assignments.  Candidates are expected to be motivated and avid learners who have a strong desire to drive operational excellence. 

•           4 to 8 years of system support experience (Mainframe)

•           Bachelor's degree OR equivalent IT related experience

•           Database knowledge (DB2, CICS)

•           System networking knowledge (i.e., IP and Firewall knowledge)

•           Support of production should be expected

•           Experienced with COBOL, SAS, JCL, ROCOE, TSO, TWS, Banking experience is a plus but not required.

•           Excellent written and oral communication skills
