·         Excellent communication skills

·         Hands on backend Java, Spring Boot coding experience. (we are not looking for leads / Managers).

·         Hands on coding experience in Front-end such as Angular, or  React JS, or Vue JS

·         At least 8+ years of hands on experience – Full Stack Developer (Example: 70% backend skill and 30% Front-end skill)

·         TDD & Pair Programming skills.

·         8+ years in software development experience

·         Microservices development experience is required.

·         Experience working with Core Java, Spring Boot Framework,  JPA, ANSI SQL, REST Web Services,

·         JavaScript framework- Angular/React/Vue.js, HTML5 and CSS3
