• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least twoyears for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrumprinciples, practices, and theory.

• Experience applying a wide variety of well documentedpatterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrumapproach(example: numerous Burn-down techniques, numerous Retrospectiveformats, handling bugs, etc)

• Managed multiple concurrent projects, and determined theirassociated priorities and resourcing.

• Successfully managed the risk and opportunity situationson projects of limited complexity
