Security PM, IAM(Identity and Access Management), Active directory, Okta

Technical Depth – these skills are highly desirable as the projects will be around these skill sets

Exposure to the Identity and Access Management space with technologies such as Active Directory, Okta, Single Sign-On

Exposure to Information Security topics and technologies and working with Information Security organizations within large enterprises

This is a technical PM role- so will be working with the tech teams and the business- projects include working on multifactor Okta separation - Identity Access Management

Preferred skills are the skill needed to be successful at this role.  In addition- looking for scrum background- not a scrum master but serving in a role where you have had to utilize agile practices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Program and Project Management Delivery

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of moderately complex programs from start to finish

Demonstrates clear understanding of the program’s vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements

Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with project stakeholders

Develops a holistic program plan comprised of multiple projects plan documents

Creates governance practices and protocols to control and monitor the program/projects

Provides management oversight, aligns and lead cross functional and international project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives and value

Identifies gaps in the project team’s accountability and ownership of deliverables

Exposure to the Identity and Access Management space with technologies such as Active Directory, Okta, Single Sign-On

Exposure to Information Security topics and technologies and working with Information Security organizations within large enterprises
