 At least 5-8 years of IT experience, at least 4-5 years in TIBCO/Integration
• Experience as Operations/Support lead, in Integration/middleware space

Technology:
• Expertise in run time support for TIBCO BW 6.x environment and applications. TIBCO BW6 certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines, basic infrastructure related troubleshooting, network aspects required
• Experience and expertise in debugging integration/TIBCO related issues in platform and applications.
• Excellent knowledge on Integration Design Patterns, cloud integration, security concepts, etc.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities
• Incident management: Ensuring SLAs are met. Take ownership of critical incidents by managing communication, ensuring workarounds or fix is in place
• Problem management: Ensuring root cause is ascertained for all critical and recurring tickets and fix is implemented. Perform trend analysis on tickets to identify most common failure points and take steps to address these
• Communication management: Own communication to client in case of priority issues. Weekly/monthly reporting on SLA, # incidents, #Problems etc.
• Change Management: Ensure new projects going live are transitioned properly to the DevOps team
• Own small enhancements received by DevOps team. Perform code reviews, design etc as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Work with multiple teams to handle escalations and communications.
