Position: NON IT Recruiter (WORK FROM HOME)
Location : PAN INDIA

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs.
• End to end recruitment from evaluating competencies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Help candidates to prepare for both telephonic and in-person interviews and keep them in the loop with the latest updates from the client.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Should Have own Laptop/ Desktop with Net Connectivity   

Requirements

Position Specifications - Minimum 0.6 - 5year of relevant experience as NON IT Recruiter in recruitment industry. Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream from any recognized university. Good interpersonal & analytical skills. Good spoken and written communication skills. Multitasking.
