  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Thorough experience of Offsite-Onsite PM model, and management of:
  • Deep understanding of CMMi 3 processes
  • High Availability Applications
  • Web Application management
  • Project scheduling, tracking, etc.
  • Project deviation control
  • Tracking of projects vide key metrics
  • Projects in GOI / e-Gov environment implementation as well as operations
  • Project risks management
  • Communication control, reports, etc.
  • Onsite-nearsite team management
  • Should have good verbal written communication skills in:
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Must have worked with Senior Managers / Govt. officials as stakeholders
