15+ years of Java development experience along with experience in leading architecture teams
Ability to develop a road map, create an architectural vision, define guiding principles, and design and drive enterprise architectural discussions with the customer team
Sound knowledge on Data Models and should have worked on an environment focussed on Data-driven design decessions.
Experience in coaching architects
Should have worked in architecting/transforming enterprise systems
Ability to ensure the enhancements/changes to the system are in alignment with the overall vision.
Ability to work in rapid development (Agile) organization with a strong focus on quality and delivery as per customer commitment.
Passion to delve into complex existing code and product modules and develop the optimal solution for the problem at hand.
Willingness to be flexible and stretch when there are critical needs within the organization.
Excellent communication and team working skills.
Experience in working with remote teams
Strong experience in AWS, MSA-based design & implementation.
