As a Program Manager you ll work with others in the CIO organization, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, other CMSP managers, product owners, and third-party suppliers. Together with the global team, you ll influence CMSP strategy, and, with a subset of the team, you ll manage the operational delivery of CMSP for .
Job Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing mobile services and devices, in partnership with Procurement, to deliver high value services to Kyndryl workers at competitive cost within the market.
- Managing the relationship with suppliers, including identification of opportunities for enhanced services, supplier performance management, and supplier delivery issue management
- Provisioning mobile services and devices, including refresh of devices and rolling out new service plans
- Financial management, including planning for device upgrades and interlocking the business model and cost with Finance, review of supplier invoices, maintaining a view of financial obligations, managing bonuses, credits and billing disputes
- End user support, including resolution of end user inquiries and mobile requests, escalations, and developing plans for user-focused program enhancements
- Project implementation, including pilots of new services, working with suppliers on their plans for delivering in-building coverage solutions, bulk boarding of users onto CMSP as part of acquisitions, and bulk off boarding as part of divestitures, compliance with regulation and Kyndryl policy
