• Ensure there are comprehensive functional tests for all applications.

Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test data from all relevant product artifacts, including UI designs, detailed specifications, technical specs, and use cases.

• Run and maintain a highly efficient test automation programs for flagship products at 80+% automation level.

Development and execute automated test scripts as required.

• Ensure test execution results (both automated and manual) are captured adequately for audit and historical review.

• Submits application defects into the defect tracking system and verify fixes when they are available.

· Conduct performance / load testing at each major release and communicate the test results.

• Ensure compliance to all security and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, advanced degree desirable.

• Has solid technical experience required with the ability to be 'hands-on' as required. The candidate must understand the basics of the application, database, and networking concepts.

• At least 5 years of experience working within a scrum-based engineering environment.

• Has previous hands-on technical experience developing automated test scripts for performance or functional testing.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have strong planning and collaboration skills.
