Develop process to track environments required for AEP’s Customer Information Transformation (CIT) Program (both on-prem and cloud-based)
2. Forecast environment requirements based on anticipated future demand from multiple teams
3. Administer access to the cloud application through Oracle Identity Management
4. Work closely with AEP security & compliance teams for all on-prem to Oracle Cloud communication including VPN tunnel monitoring, Secure FTP for file transfers etc.
5. Appraise the cloud maintenance & outage impacts and communicate to stakeholder teams
6. Develop the environment strategy along with key CIT program leadership
7. Coordinate activities to provision, setup, configuration and refresh of environments
8. Coordinate the use of single environments by multiple teams
9. Monitor and manage uptime of environments
10. Be the conduit between Oracle Cloud Services and AEP
11. Coordinate with AEP Middleware and Oracle to facilitate ongoing support for environments
12. Be first point of contact with Oracle customer success manager, Oracle cloud Engineering Team and Oracle Dev-ops. Own and manage the ticket escalation process
13. Communicate environment availability to project management and quality assurance
14. Be responsible for key cloud metrics like RTO/RPO and make sure Oracle are meeting pre-defined SLA’s Design systems to support continuous delivery and adapt test environment management to support on-demand, self-service automation
15. Manage the validation of periodic bug-fix and feature deployments from Oracle and coordinate their timely promotion to all applicable environments. Coordinate/Manage disaster recovery activities
16. Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Compliance Policy.
17. Understand and support the policies, values, principles, structure, and behavior of AEP
18. Ensure alignment to AEP's supported technology stack with all provided solutions
19. Promote continuous improvement within the project team
