JOB DETAIL

  1. Previous experience in managing projects spanning multiple teams and multiple technologies.
  2. Manage end to end test planning and coordination.
  3. Responsible for creating  testing strategy/schedule for different phases of testing (functional,, integration and end to end)
  4. Review, re-evaluate and update the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
  5. Analyze requirements/user stories  and prepare test scenarios.
  6. Prepare test data as per the test scenarios and ensure full coverage for both positive and negative testing.
  7. Assists/Performs in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing
  8. Perform detailed testing (functional, system integration and end to-end ) with effective defect reporting.
  9. Report defects and co-ordinate the fixes with involved application team.
  10. Share QA status updates to other team as part of daily standup and identify/report any dependencies/roadblocks.
  11. Actively participate in various Spring ceremonies like Planning, Grooming ,Retro etc.
  12. Should have hands on expertise in selenium.
  13. Should have understanding and some hands on knowledge with Load Rummer.
  14. Hands on experience with API testing (Ready API with groovy knowledge preferred).
  15. .Exposure to Postgres and Mongo.
  16. Hold demo sessions with team and business to go over the testing artifacts.
  17. Facilitate  and receive the required  QA sign offs for production deployment.
  18. Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
  19. Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions
