7+ years of  US onshore Experience 
5+ years of Full Stack Experience 
3+ years as a lead developer (mentoring a team of 2-4 people)
1+ years working with offshore teams as a lead-(recent) 
Technical expertise in Core Java, Maven, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, REST Services and Micro Services
Should have experience in managing micro services in Docker environment
Previous Full Stack experience is A+ but has STRONG Backend foundation
Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise level design patterns
Hands on experience in leading offshore team
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
