Create revenue generating sites and application interfaces by transforming business requirements and customer needs into compelling user experiences

Design and code web related media from concept to production, including landing pages, campaign sites, individual graphic assets and multimedia

Participate in design iteration projects for search engine and ecommerce site optimization efforts

Be a source of design insight as it relates to aesthetics, usability, web standards, accessibility and SEO

Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team that includes Online

Optimization Directors and Managers, Marketing Analysts, Search Engine Marketers, Developers and Designers

Communicate design rational through development of wireframes, user scenarios, mockups and HTML prototypes

Fluency with HTML, CSS layout and basic JavaScript

Cross-browser and cross-platform design issues

Web standards

Usability and accessibility principles

Proficient knowledge of information architecture best practices

Search engine optimization

User experience concepts

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Interactive Design or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience in web site design including ecommerce sites.
