JOB DETAIL

  • Daily Monitoring of SFMC production environment (System health check reporting)
  • System administration (user access and configuration management)
  • Incident and Request Management (Using TFS Digital Care and SFMC support sites for triaging and issue resolution within expected SLA)
  • Participate in SFMC Release and change deployment and validation process
  • Contribution to SCRUM team (factory) during refinements, planning, retrospective, and Reviews.
  • Developing/Updating automations, Journeys, Email Templates, Data Extensions, SF Connectors, Filters as required to support business needs.
  • Assisting Business and technical teams with release Demos, reporting, Troubleshooting, and POC for new requirements
  • Documenting details of implementation and deployment of new features and changes.
  • Provide on Call support for P1 and P2 Production incidents during off hours
  • SFMC Certification
  • Working in Agile Framework
