Business Analyst with RPA Exp

8+ years’ experience in BFS and IT project delivery and successful delivery of large-scale, global projects
8+ years as a Business Analyst with abilities to take ownership of the analysis task and work with a fair degree of independence
Experience in end-to-end process assessments
Experience in Robotic Process automation assessments and implementation is mandatory
Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) is mandatory
Ability of conduct workshops / drive meetings independently to drive automations
Strong verbal, written communication and stakeholder management skills is must
Experienced in creating Process Flows/Process Maps
Good understanding of the whole SDLC; experience in Agile methodologies will be an advantage
