 Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
 • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Experience in  with Java, JBOSS, RESTful, JDBC, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• At least 5 years experience in Java-J2EE Development and coding skills
• Strong command on Core Java, Servlets, J2EE concepts and current industry trends.
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Spring 2.0, JSF, Hibernate, SOAP based web services, AXIS2, JSF, JSP, JPA, Weblogic
• Ability to work independently and produce results in a fast paced, team environment.
• Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems
• Experience in handling teams and stakeholders 
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills 
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis as required.
• Ability research into new areas and come up with ideas and solutions.
• Ability to guide a team in technology
• Identify and resolve all technical issues faced during the course of the projects assigned
• Strong in programming and scripting, analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Good team player
