JOB DETAIL

This is for a technically proficient senior developer with Strong WebLogic background.

Please note, this is a position that will require onsite 2 days per week now and 5 days by 10/18/2021. 

Interviews will only be held in person

•           Design to performance requirements in an effort to ensure that all applications are highly scalable and can support high volumes of traffic.

•           Perform code reviews to ensure that code is compliant with design and coding standards.

•           Create and/or assist with the design of front-end web pages utilizing the latest ease of use features.

•           Recommend tools and utilities for design, development, testing and management of web-based applications.

•           Ensure designs are consistent with the existing architecture.

•           Present design solutions to the business and development teams.

•           Follow high level of standards across all levels of design work.

•           Participate in design discussions for new features, applications and/or enhancements and assist in determining future product roadmap for online products.

•           Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments.

•           Include performing installations and repairs, upgrading systems, implementing security codes, troubleshooting problems, liaising with external parties such as vendors and suppliers, and conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure quality.

•           Invoke WLST scripting and create JDBC connection pools and enroll the node manager using WLST command line.

•           Configure node manager, associating manage servers to a machine to control/monitor manage servers on various physical boxes.

•           Manage distributed sessions for using HTTP sessions for the failover facility, session persistence and cache replication using memory-to-memory replication.

•           Deploy web applications, EJB components, and enterprise applications.

•           Contribute to testing efforts with the client on WebLogic

•           Set up WebLogic domain with a single server instance for developers on windows environments.

•           Implement SSL certificates for secure communication between the administrative server and clients.

•           Perform backup as specified in disaster recovery plan.

•           Proven skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning and performance monitoring of WebLogic Servers

•           The WebLogic Administrator will support the delivery of new capabilities/projects and effectively troubleshoot issues towards a resolution.
