1. 5 to 8 years drupal 9 experience
2. good php experience
3. good html, css, js, jquery and react experience
· At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
· Strong technical hands-on knowledge of Drupal 8 and 9.x including best practices and features
· Working experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design
· Strong php experience
· Ability to lead a team of 6/7 offshore developers, guide and mentor them and make them aware of industry best practices in Drupal.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Experience with Agile methodologies
· Experience with CI/CD process and setting/maintaining pipelines
· Good Analytical skills
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
