• 5+ years of experience in UX design, digital work in web and mobile apps, or related field• Creative
thinker and problem-solver• Experience designing and building products and features on native
mobile applications and responsive web• Ability to build upon low-fidelity prototypes established by an
interaction designer and apply visual branding through typographical hierarchy, color, material
patterns, and iconography • Proficiency in design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision,
and Adobe CC• Solid understanding of digital technology landscape and stay up-to-date on latest
technology and consumer marketing trends• Must be able to communicate with both functional and
technical team members• Works closely with development teams to ensure consistency of visual
fidelity, UI Patterns, and expected behaviour from implementation to production• Must be able to
follow Herbalife’s brand guidelines, partnering with key global teams such as World Wide Marketing,
Global Content and Corporate Communications.• Creates creative and new user interface
components and style guides based on business requirements• Builds design specifications and
participates in the development of design for functionality and user interface• Builds changes or
enhancements for alignment with desired user interface design and satisfaction standards and drive
improvement changes• Tests prototype interface and feasibility of products• Drives development of
design concepts and implementation, taking input on user design considerations from more junior
team members • Collaborates with key partners and stakeholders to inform requirements, drive and
evaluate design, and ensure your proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement•
Drives discussions with developers and squad members to understand business goals while
effectively communicating design ideas• Reviews and owns creative and new user interface
components and style guides based on business requirements• Reviews and owns changes or
enhancements for alignment with desired user interface design and satisfaction standards and drive
improvement changes• Introduce, evangelize and embed Lean UX processes within Agile to refine
and release a proposed design incrementally• Participates in the development of overarching
experience strategies and concepts and apply to design work to ensure seamless transition from
experience to experience• Establishes and maintains our design system, and oversee governance of
UI components• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, including a familiarity of Frameworks, Grids, and
Responsive Design• Proposes updates to design architecture based on discovered trends and
patterns• Reviews and owns functional requirement documents
