Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment for mainframe applications with technical experience and development expertise in JCL, COBOL, DB2 and IMS.
Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
Ability to understand Business requirements and transform them to high level and low level design specifications.
Good experience and understanding of SDLC lifecycle.
Experience working with VSAM, MQ, REXX, and Easytrieve would be an advantage.
Project Experience: At least 6 years in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment of Mainframe Projects.
Good exposure to agile methodology.
Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, as well as documenting them and presenting/selling them to senior management
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Strong customer focus and ability to manage Client expectations
Experience of working in Onsite/Offshore model
