Sr Developer - Talend ETL

2+ years’ experience developing with any enterprise level ETL tools such as Talend, Data Stage, Ab initio, Informatica etc.
Experienced in analysis, design, development & support of ETL jobs.
Strong traditional SQL skills.
Ability to debug and fix issues in new / existing jobs.
1 year experience in Spark SQL.
Critical thinker - Looks for opportunities for improving the service.
Good communication skills.
Onshore, offshore and client coordination.
Direct experience with Talend (the primary tool) & Ab initio (the secondary tool).
Exposure on performance tuning.
Design and implement ETL jobs and frameworks.
Skilled in Normalization and Data Modelling.

Analyze, design, develop & support ETL jobs.
Debug and fix issues in new / existing jobs using your ETL tool (such as Talend) and SQL skills.
As part of continuous improvement, identify opportunities for improving the service.
Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Application & Build teams to maintain the service.
Engage effectively with onshore, offshore and the end client.
Mentor other team members to improve their technical abilities.
