CitiusTech is looking for US Technical Recruiter for its Mumbai, Bangalore & Pune offices.
Candidates must be willing to work in the US shift (Night shift)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the full cycle of recruiting, from sourcing to screening to shortlisting to managing expectations and delivering results.
- Analyze the job description and job qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
- Sourcing candidates: via Monster, Dice, career builder, LinkedIn etc.
- A full-cycle recruiter with experience in gathering requirements, finding candidates, evaluating resumes, screening calls, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Act as the first point of contact for consultants and keep in contact with consultants on a regular basis.
- Assuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted in a timely manner for all assigned requirements.
Recruiter Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate should have relevant experience of 3 - 8 years.
- Good understanding of *US Technical Recruitment*.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of various IT skills and technology trends.
- A self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
