· Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.

· Deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested code per business requirements provided by the Process Improvement Analyst.

· Manage development delivery timeline and provide regular status updates on progress of development.

· Responsible for the quality, sustainability, and scalability of RPA output.

· Manage defect and resolution response. Report and document any changes to the workflow as a result. Responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle.

· Update and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices.

· Create and maintain RPA technical documentation.

· Troubleshoot automation-related issues reported by the business as first point of contact.

· Investigate and document better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.

· Participate as a technical subject matter expert in the RPA Center of Excellence.

· Provide technical guidance to Process Improvement Analyst during process design.

· Ensure proper bot performance and memory usage daily.

· Proactively monitor and update expiring bot credentials and access to ensure limited service disruption to the business.

· Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours, as-needed.

· Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.

· Mentor and guide peers via code reviews, dev sessions, and pair-programming.

· Maintain relationships with partners and internal customers to determine business requirements.

· Stay current with automation technologies and develop prototypes the demonstrate creative ways of applying automation tools.

· Champion the use of Agile principles and practices to build a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery within the team.

· Responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and version control of the UIPath tool and components.  

· Proficiency in MS Excel and related VBA programming.

· Excellent programing and software development background preferred.

· Prior experience with UIPATH RPA tool and experience in application or implementation support domain.

· Must be knowledgeable in maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing

· Must be a proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.

· Excellent experience in translating business requirements into RPA capabilities and solutions

· Excellent experience in objectively evaluating RPA solutions and making recommendations

· Experience in Agile Methodologies

· Working knowledge of banking systems.

· Working knowledge of retail banking business processes and terminology.

· Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal and well versed in working in a global/multicultural environment a plus

· Strong customer service skills and experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and able to multi task with attention to detail in all situations.

· Proven experience within process automation, SQL, MS Access is an advantage, RPA knowledge and experience is required.

· Automating Web, mainframe and SAP interfaces are strongly desired

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

· Subject Matter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software (2-4 years),

· Openness to work on new technologies is mandatory

· Experience in Automation scripting using Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, Java, C Sharp, or J-Unit.

· Experience working in a team environment and as a contributing member of cross-functional teams.

· Prior experience testing web-based and client-server application software preferred, preferably in a financial services organization.

· Experience in UIPATH

· Experience in an Agile Environment

· Experience with Jenkins as an Automation Job Scheduler
