·         Web service and distributed systems development experience using Scala

·         Strong Scala coding experience + web services development skills.

·         Experience with any of Scala API's include one Play or http4s

·         Experience working with NoSQL databases/indexers such as Mongodb or Elasticsearch

·         Experience working with highly scalable systems and data engineering

·         Exposure to technologies such as Play or http4s, Kafka or graphQL

·         Experience with spark desirable
