•    Requirement is for a Test Manager to lead the testing effort and drive collaboration between Planning, Implementation partners and testing teams.
•    SAP Functional & Integration testing Experience.
•    Knowledge of PepsiCo Global SAP footprint or a similar customer experience.
•    Prior Experience with Infrastructure (Linux), OS (Linux & AIX) and Database (HANA, Oracle & DB2) upgrade projects.
•    Experience leading projects globally and across sectors.   
•    Good knowledge of PepsiCo Testing Governance/practices or similar knowledge.
•    Knowledge of various testing types (Functional, Performance, Automation, ORT and DVT).
•    Knowledge of Testing tools such as ALM, Worksoft and UFT.
