JOB DETAIL

·       Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment

·       Gather customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs) and align with solutions.

·       Cloud architecture skills. Able to design architecture, build business cases with various hyperscalers.

·       Ability to build business cases on application modernization, cloud native engineering.

·       Strong presales skill in working on cloud deals.

·       Should have cloud migration experience (Multi-Vendor cloud environment like AWS, Azure)

·       Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

·       Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.

·       Engaging with executives to define and execute on enterprise cloud strategies.

·       Defining and executing on the technology strategy by engaging technical teams.

·       Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unlocking enterprise challenges.

·       Analyzing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility.

·       Assisting customers by architecting solutions that leverage cloud best practices.

·       Assisting with cost/benefit modeling and creating compelling business cases/total cost of ownership studies for migration.

·       Assisting in defining migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organizational structures.

·       Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal team
