Manage and lead a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering. Develop schedules, critical deliverables, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for the assigned program. Coordinate with product managers and engineering managers for roadmap planning and delivery
Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and make decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement product, process, or program plan changes to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets established product roadmaps and schedules.
Continuously innovate and improve process and tools Ex: Jira dashboards, Jira structures, Reports Automation, Confluence, etc.,
