• Experience with Failover Clustering, High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Develop Migration strategy to newer versions of SQL Server
• Ability to multi-task effectively between different activities and teams.
• Recommend and implement database standards for naming conventions, maintenance procedures, high availability, database integration and database backup/restore procedures.
• Must have proven experience working with large, complex databases in a mid-to-large size enterprise environment.

The Senior System Database Administrator is responsible for the end to end management, support and enablement of the enterprise Oracle and SQL Server environments. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining database standards, design of physical data storage, access and security administration, backup, recovery and archival tasks across production and non-production environments. Optimizes database access and allocates/re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration and database performance.
