5-7+ Years of overall IT experience including QA/Testing
3+ Years of experience in SFDC testing
Data security and Sharing rules in Salesforce validation. Test persona, Profiles, Role hierarches and Permission sets as per user profile and Public group.
Reports and dashboard validation based on roles and role hierarchies.
Test salesforce standard objects (Campaign, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity) and custom objects, page layouts, fields validations and its access to the user based on defined profile.
Validate workflow rules, Triggers, approval processes, and validation rules.
Use Data Loader to insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.
Tested lookup and master- detail relationships on the objects and created junction objects to establish connectivity among objects.
Informatica ETL integration with Salesforce.
API integration with Salesforce.
Prior Experience with Functionality Testing
Positive/Negative Testing
Ability to execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Prior Experience in Automation Tools (TOSCA, QTP, Selenium etc.)– Preferable
Experience with different development frameworks (e.g. MS .Net, ) – Preferable
Testing experience with applications across programming languages such as: .NET, Java, and Python
Experience with ALM/JIRA/JTMF - Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
Strong background with creating automation test plans and improving test automation strategies.
Experience with creating Test Cases, Defect Management, Test Execution and Test Data
