At least 10 years of experience, ideally with minimum of 3 years working in healthcare field
Expertise in integrate and interrogate large data sets including EHR databases, claims data and publicly available data sets to extract tangible and demonstrable value for patients, providers, health systems, payors and society
Programming experience using the following application platforms: HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Ruby/Python and MySQL (experience in all is not needed but Python, MySQL and Postgres preferred)
Deep understanding of algorithms, data wrangling, data processing, and visualization specifically as related to healthcare data.
In-depth knowledge of standard classifications used in medical coding and billing schemes, such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and NDC
Define data preparation and scheduler routines, pipelines and processes for analytics solutions
Collaborate with internal customer-facing teams and key stakeholders to develop new insights
Support the ongoing development and optimization of analyses as it impacts cost efficiency, quality and patient outcomes
