 Minimum of three years of experience with VMware technologies (Horizon View, ESX, and vROPS), Cisco UCS or equivalent, SAN, LAN/WAN, and public cloud technologies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or additional four years of equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Specialized Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, design thinking, project implementation and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple high priority projects under minimal guidance while shifting work efforts with the changing demands of the organization.

Experience: Minimum of five years of experience with VMware technologies (Horizon View, VMware Access, Workspace ONE, ESXi, NSX, vROPS), Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, Infoblox, AWS, and automation.

Education: Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Specialized Skills: Strong teamwork abilities with multiple IS groups and departmental user groups

Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting the Active directory environment. This includes DNS, DFS, Group Policy, VMware Access, Certificates, and Clustering.

Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting the server environment. This includes data center management, physical servers as well as server virtualization across different hypervisors. Responsible for the creation, configuration, and maintenance of servers in a public cloud.

Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting the terminal services environment. This includes published applications and published desktops. In addition this includes supporting the remote portal and load balancers.

Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting the email environment. This includes email management, instant messaging, virtual conferencing and mobile device management.

Create documentation and standards necessary for supported system software implementations and upgrades, including overall work plans, test plans, implementation schedules and back out/recovery plans, technical architecture and support documents.

Develop test plans, performing adequate testing prior to implementations, modifications or upgrades in a production environment required to ensure proper system performance and availability as evidenced by the number of successful implementations completed. Design system backups and document organization's enterprise backup solution standards. Monitors system backups and performance on a routine basis as evidenced by submitted system performance reports. Ensure appropriate capacity planning is done appropriately.

Perform hardware and software performance maintenance and tuning as necessary with available tools to ensure system integrity evidenced by successful completion of planned maintenance and minimal unplanned loss of availability/functionality for assigned systems.
