· Total 8-10 years of experience, with minimum experience of 4 years of handling Enterprise Tools projects for Global clients in areas of service automation, monitoring, management, infrastructure capacity planning, scheduling tools, private cloud solutions and ITSM projects.
· Strong Project management skills, Customer relationship management and expectation management.
· Excellent communication skills are required.

Job Purpose:
· Technical Program Management across multiple complex programs, projects and initiatives affecting area goals and objectives.
Facilitating, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to complete a variety of technical program plans, tasks, and milestones.
Defines priorities and resources allocated to programs, projects and/or initiatives.
· Defining, establishing, and maintaining a consistent, traceable decision-making process across a heterogeneous landscape of stakeholders.
· Enterprise IT background
· Gathering metrics and building reports and dashboards that detail program health including customer success, project execution, and team health.
· Coordinate activities of applications, security, network and datacenter teams,
· Develop, coordinate and execute project plan, detailed planning, testing strategy, migration activities.
· Run status calls and steering committee calls.
· Prepare status reports and agendas for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly meetings
· Planning and publishing technical maintenance windows for complete year in various waves, keeping different application landscapes in view.
· Communicating with various teams and stakeholders about the plans and coordinating for getting it executed
· The Customer will perform testing based on the migration strategy and requirements defined in the Customer-provided test specification. – Gather and, upon customer request, execute
· Attend the project initiation workshops.
· Define the onboarding process for the customer Services team, including remote access.
· Facilitate any necessary communication or information in preparation for requests that might result from information-gathering exercises.
· Prepare Customer-provided environments.
· Provide a point of contact for each location or time zone that is in scope for delivery.
· Attend the rapid server migration assessment workshop.
· Identify target subnets and server groups for rapid server migration.
· Approve migration strategy assignments.
· Resolve inventory problems:
· Provide a list of applications and associated servers/databases, if known. If not known, this will affect the Assessment phase velocity and overall timeline.
· Identify application owners/support teams and provide initial application information.
· Provide technical artifacts such as an architectural diagram and any documentation.
· Provide access to application stakeholders such as architects, developers, and administrators for assessment interviews.
· Respond to requests for initial data collection.
· Provide access to an existing configuration management database solution if one exists.
