Install, monitor and tune Linux Server operating system software and virtual machine sub-system software.
Capture and refine client requirements and ensure that the requirements are effectively integrated into information technology component products and information systems through purposeful design, development, and configuration.
Provide expert level technical consultation to the development team to support the design process.
Employ best practices when implementing patch management / vulnerability management in the Linux construct.
Perform research, analysis, and design for all Linux computing systems and the network infrastructure.
Develop, implement, and document formal configuration guides as needed.Quick learner, able to learn new software and technologies
Must have strong experience with Linux/Unix.
Experience in standing up new services and tools on virtual machines within a Linux environment.
Experience with Gitlab, Docker, and repo mirrors.Experience with Python and Bash scripting.
