Subject Matter Expert in Sterling OMS, with strong understanding of Sterling OMS architecture (database modelling, integration and agent architecture, protocols, etc.), DOM, GIV, IV, Participant modelling, Payment Processing, Process Modelling, UI Customization, Reverse Logistics, Extensions and Customization capabilities, knowledge of System components, APIs, and related Interfaces

Should have experience in leading blueprint and assessments

Experience with integrating Sterling OMS and external systems.

Experience in OMoC, CoC and DTK

Experience or understanding of DevOps, Containerized environments

At least 8 years of experience in digital, omni-channel, custom development and system integration technologies 　　

At least 6 years of experience in a development and architecture role　

At least 4 years of experience in proposal and business case development　

At least 4 years of experience in product development and engineering　

At least 6 years Industry Domain knowledge in one or two vertical industries, preferably Retail and Consumer Products

Experience with Agile development methodology

Experience with industry leading Frameworks

Experience with microservices

Experience in new age Monitoring and Logging

Good knowledge on providing end to end production support with the quick response time.

Handling  sterling order management in production and other environments.

Prioritize and provide possible solutions on tickets incidents / PMRs raised by the business team, warehouse team and various other teams.

Provide root cause analysis (RCA) and report system issues to the development team and get them fixed based on impact.

Monitoring various phases of order flow and proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Creating reports based on the business requirement through automated pl sql procedures.

Pro-actively monitoring various inventory activities between different systems.

Experience in OMoC, CoC and DTK.
