Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests.
Experience in Agile methodology and used scrum management tools.
Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution, status and defect resolution.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams' overall test objectives.
Should have excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and have experience coordinating with multiple technical systems and business teams.
Strong Test Lead experience, ETL Testing Experience, Complex SQL queries writing, Experience in Test Automation (preferably TOSCA).
SAP Callidus , Insurance compensation domain knowledge.
