5+ Years of experience in SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, BI Publisher, Oracle EBS HR & Payroll modules

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Must possess 5 years of experience in IT related to application, support, and maintenance.
  • Experience must include at least 2 years working with Oracle Applications EBS R12 Modules like Core HR, Payroll
  • Experience with schema and table structures in Oracle EBS HRMS modules like Core HR and Payroll, US Payroll preferable
  • Extensive hands on experience on Oracle apps technical skills like SQL, PLSQL, Toad, Pl/SQL Developer, UNIX, Workflow Builder, Data loader, Forms, BI Publisher, OAF, Alerts, WinSCP, PuTTY
  • Experience of developing complex technical components involving Oracle EBS HRMS modules, with deep technical knowledge and functional understanding
  • Experience in working on the following - Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Workflow, Extensions, Personalization and Customization of EBS objects
  • Experience in developing shell scripts

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research, recommend and implement technical solutions to address the needs of stakeholders and issues that arise related to Oracle EBS HRMS modules like Core HR and Payroll, US Payroll preferable
  • Review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions and provide level of effort estimates to complete customizations or configurations to the application
  • Gather and translate business requirements and creates technical specification documents
  • Provide reporting solutions and builds interfaces, reports, enhancements, customizations using Oracle tools such as SQL,PL/SQL, BI Publisher,OAF, UNIX
  • Test/debug application systems to ensure accuracy, standards compliance, meet requirements, and have acceptable response times while adhering to time constraints and project deadlines
  • Maintain highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, payment integration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.
  • Integrate third party products into internal systems as well as support and upgrade implemented systems
  • Able to communicate clearly with functional team to understand and capture the requirements accurately, support during the testing and acceptance processes
  • Prioritize in accordance with guidance provided and organizational needs, meeting specified times line/s
