·        Work with all business departments who use and access the internet, intranet Web Applications to accurately gather user-requirements and draft project specifications that contain both functional and technical specifications.

·        Coordinate as part of a team to design, program, test, and implement application software per system specifications and within project timelines and budget.

·        Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Accurately and effectively communicate project status.

·        Write accurate and detailed user documentation for developed or implemented software application systems.

·        Assist the team in development of functional skills, technical skills and experience.

·        Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

·        Planning, implementing, and supporting large application software systems.

·        Build solutions through application configuration, code development, and integration of data to improve the execution of the business process.

education / experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent combination of formal education and related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years application software development or related experience
• Applicable Skills
  • Strong Application Development – ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Strong SharePoint Experience
  • Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL-Server (T-SQL)
  • Web Application and User Interface design
  • Support Tools – Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, LinqPad, Git, Azure Devops, Team Foundation Server

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of data, information management and end-user-reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with end-users, project team members and management.
