Sr Business Analyst Business Solutions

A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, and 5+ years of experience in as a Business Analysis or functional expert role
In depth knowledge of end to end business processes including areas such as Merchandising, Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Master Data.
Experience in designing and implementing systems integration with external and third party supply chain systems.
Has a global mindset, can operate independently, but report effectively
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience operating in a global environment including collaboration with international teams and offshore models is preferred
Preferred but not required skills and knowledge include ESG, SAC & the Higg Index
Large scale systems implementation and Retail industry experience preferred.
