15 – 18 yrs of experience in Application development & Support with 3+ yrs in Portfolio Management.

Should have managed team of 30+ members.

Should be from technology (.NET/JAVA) background although being hands-on in current role is not required

Should be able to coach, groom and guide team members.

Should have experience in managing & maintaining Delivery schedule, SLA & Quality.

Should be well versed with Project Management and IT service & change management processes.

Should be familiar with SOW creation, billing process & revenue forecasting

Should have experience facing project level audits for CMMI, BCP, ISO & Security.

Should have great communication and collaboration skills

Should have worked with Global clients (preferably US) and willing to work in flexible working hours
