Analytical – strong ability to gather business requirements, then translate into SAS or SQL codes, and finally analyze the result.
SAS (require both a and b below):
Mainframe SAS: Proficient with Mainframe SAS, able to write SAS programs from scratch until finished state to support project needs. Able to understand existing (simple to complex) SAS programs and be able to change as needed.
SAS Enterprise Guide: Proficient with SAS EG, able to write SAS programs from scratch until finished state to support project needs. Able to understand existing (simple to complex) SAS programs and be able to change as needed.
SQL : ‘HANDS ON’ experience in writing simple to complex select statements.
