  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master’s Degree Preferred

·  10+ years’ experience in designing, coding, unit testing and/or maintaining complex software programs.

·  3+ years’ experience with TIBCO Integration software including Business Works (6.x/CE 2.x or higher), EMS (8.0 or higher).

·  Experience with Tibco Businessworks 5.x/TIBCO Business works Container Edition (BWCE) or BusinessWorks 6 is a must

·  Experience with Tibco BW Migration from BW 5.x to BW 6.x,

·  Experience with CloudFoundry

·  Experience with CI/CD pipeline

·  Hand on experience with Publish-Subscribe EMS and SOAP/RESTful web services.

·  Strong working experience with transformations with complex schemas.

·  Experience working with TIBCO BW pallets like File, JMS/EMS, SOAP, Service, Policy and WSDL.

·  Strong working experience in implementing security features using TIBCO BW including web service security.

·  Strong knowledge in troubleshooting issues also issues resolutions.

·  Experience developing complex integrations using Business Works and EMS

·  Experience with building end to end data flow for a given solution

·  Good experience in SQL and Kafka

·  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with excellent interpersonal skills is a must.

·  Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·  Self-Starter, motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple efforts

·  Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels

·  Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment
