About Role:

HCL Technologies is hiring multiple SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) in Vijayawada Location, looking for a candidate with strong experience in REST API working, REST API Test Automation implementation

Experience : 4-9 Years

Location : Vijayawada, India

Job Description:

• QA Automation Experience

• Build deployments and testing

• REST API working, REST API Test Automation implementation experience would highly preferred

• Strong understanding of SDLC and role of QA in every stage.

• Hands on experience of converting user story into test cases

• Executing/enhancing automation scripts for shakeout testing

• CI/CD piepeline testing

• Experience in database testing (SQL and NoSQL db)

• UNIX/Linux (commands level)

• Logs analysis

• Basic knowledge on database testing

• Work experience in Agile Methodology

• Hands on experience in QAT, UAT jenkins experience

• Experience in the application of tools like HP ALM, Jira, and Rally for Test Management and Defect Reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) Concepts including the use of Polymorphism, Abstraction, Inheritance, and Encapsulation.
