Job Description:
- This role will partner the F&A Operations organization. This position will be a key business partner with the F&A and onshore process owners in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement in the existing processes
- This role requires a self-starter with strong exposure to concepts like Lean and Six Sigma
- Transition experience will be a good additional skillset
- Key attributes include problem solving skills, a key attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and solid skills in data mining and process intelligence.
- This role has regular interaction with various stakeholders both onshore and offshore and requires very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the F&A Operations team, stakeholders and global process managers to identify and lead improvement projects that are strategic to business goals.
- Lead and drive special projects, including analysis and testing of new tools.
- Benchmark the quality of existing processes in F&A with industry best practices and continuously raise the bar.
- Influence business decisions by effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and presentation of alternatives.
- Develops project methodologies and process improvement methodologies as needed (relying on industry practices such as LEAN or Six Sigma) and leads the transition management process.
- Seeks out ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvements to the project management process itself
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 8-12 years of overall experience with relevant experience/exposure to continuous improvement ,transformation and Project Management experience.
2. Certification in Lean , Six Sigma ,PMP ,
3.Conceptual understanding of PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Process transformation initiatives.
4. Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines
5.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
